Warren Buffett said that out of Berkshire Hathaway’s $49 billion in cash reserves, they “haven’t moved any to Bitcoin.” Some possible reasons why Buffett may have not invested in Bitcoin yet include:

• He sees Bitcoin as speculative and lacking intrinsic value since it’s not backed by physical assets or cash flows like stocks are.
• Its price is highly volatile and unpredictable, going against Buffett’s strategy of investing in stable, understandable businesses.
• As an older investor who lived through past financial bubbles, he may be wary of investing in a new digital currency that some see as a bubble.
• Buffett prefers investing in companies that have a long track record of generating profits, whereas Bitcoin is still an emerging technology without a long proven performance history.
