Cory Doctorow: Cash Poor Hackers?

Cory Doctorow Money Quotation saying a smart kid without money, but with a computer and time on his hands can be a determined hacker. Cory Doctorow said in his novel, Little Brother:
 

 

“Never underestimate the determination of a kid who is time-rich and cash-poor” — Cory Doctorow
